Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays outside of our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Items that are damaged due to misuse may not be eligible for a refund
